STIHL’s lightest petrol grass trimmer, the FS 38 is perfect for trimming grass edges along walls and lawn borders as well as under trees.

Starting is made easier and quicker thanks to the FS 38’s manual fuel pump which reduces the number of strokes required to start the tool – simply actuate the pump several times before starting to ensure that there is enough petrol in the system before you begin.

Further features include a loop handle for better manoeuvrability and more precision when trimming in confined spaces (such as between bushes, shrubs or park benches) as well as a single-handed multi-function handle for user comfort and better control. What’s more, as all the relevant control elements are integrated in the handle, the FS 38 can be operated by both left- and right-handed users.

This strimmer comes complete with an AutoCut C 6-2 head as standard. Alternatively, a PolyCut head can be fitted for thinning work and larger weeds.
