Lightweight, quiet and easy to use, the FSA 30 is the first battery-powered grass trimmer in STIHL’s AS System of cordless tools and is ideal for trimming lawn edges and around obstacles in smaller gardens.

The AS2 battery will last up to 19 minutes when used with the recommended PolyCut 3-2 mowing head (dependent on what is being mowed and how the tool is being used). And it takes just 55 minutes to charge this battery up to 80%, or 70 minutes to fully charge.

It features an adjustable shaft, mowing head angle as well as loop handle – the latter of which can be easily adjusted without tools to suit the individual user whilst making it easier to get into tight spaces. What’s more, the FSA 30 comes with a spacer bracket for mowing around obstacles such as trees or along the edges of flower beds/borders without causing any damage.

With its LED charge level indicator, you can simply press a button and the LED display will show you how much battery life you have remaining. It also comes with a handy hook underneath the handle where you can store up to six replacement PolyCut blades (which are quick and easy to replace, too).
